Beim 28. Musikfest Bremen im Jahr 2017 stand Georg Friedrich Händel in etwas anderer Form auf dem Programm. Das Ensemble L'Arpeggiata widmete sich unter der Leitung von Christina Pluhar Händel-Kompositionen und Improvisation. Mit dabei: Jazzklarinettist Gianluigi Trovesi, Countertenor Philippe Jaroussky und die Sopranistin Céline Scheen.
